Prezysion is a physician-led precision health practice, delivered remotely to clients worldwide. Prezysion is operated by Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle personal and health information collected through this website and our Evaluation Call process. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “Prezysion” refer to the practice; “you” refers to the person whose information we hold.

We collect only what we need to assess your case responsibly and to operate the practice:

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, conduct the Evaluation Call, determine whether Prezysion is appropriate for your case, deliver and govern your program where you proceed, and meet our legal and clinical record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your information, and we never use your health information for advertising or share it with advertising platforms.

We process ordinary personal data to take steps at your request and to pursue the legitimate interests of operating the practice. Because health information is sensitive, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the evaluation form, and again when you share reports with us. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

We share information only with accredited laboratories and clinical partners involved in your care, with service providers who help us operate the practice under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. Any partner handling your data is bound to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.

Your information is held under access controls and encryption appropriate to its sensitivity. We retain health and engagement records for as long as needed to provide care, to meet clinical and legal record-keeping requirements, and to support continuity of your program, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Because we serve clients worldwide, your information may be processed outside your country of residence; where it is, we protect it with the safeguards that applicable law requires.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy in portable form. Analytics and marketing cookies load only if you choose Accept all in the cookie banner. We use trusted third-party providers for these purposes, and the tools we use may change over time. We never send the contents of the evaluation form, or any health information, to any analytics or advertising provider. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer, by clearing cookies in your browser, or through the privacy settings of the platforms you use.

We may update this policy as the practice and the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you directly.
