The terms on which you may use this website and engage with the Prezysion practice, including what this site is, what it is not, and the limits that apply.
These terms form an agreement between you and Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which operates Prezysion. By using this website or requesting an evaluation, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. Prezysion is delivered remotely to clients worldwide.
Prezysion is a physician-led precision health practice. Where you have an existing doctor, we work alongside them. Where you do not, our clinicians can lead your care for the conditions within our scope, and will refer you onward for anything outside it. The website provides information about our practice and method. Nothing on it is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a guarantee of outcome. The clinical relationship, where one is established, is defined separately in your engagement agreement.
Reading this site, submitting the intake form, or booking an Evaluation Call does not by itself create a doctor–patient or clinical relationship. The Evaluation Call exists to determine whether Prezysion is appropriate for your case before any engagement begins.
You must be 18 or older to request an evaluation or enrol in a program. Care for anyone under 18 is considered only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The information you provide must be accurate and your own, or provided with proper authority.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy, scrape or republish its content without permission. All copy, design, marks including “Prezysion,” “The Prezysion Health Method” and “The Prezysion Health Program,” and other materials are owned by Prezysion or its licensors. Our Privacy Policy, including how we use cookies and analytics, explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. The final scope and fee of any engagement are confirmed privately following the Evaluation Call and your diagnostic baseline, and are governed by the specific terms of your engagement agreement.
Diagnostics may be arranged through accredited laboratories and partners. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, though we choose partners with care.
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prezysion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Outcomes vary by individual and condition and are never guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
